What is an MMI Box?
An MMI box (short for Multi-Media Interface box) is an aftermarket module that connects to your vehicle’s factory infotainment system to add modern features like Apple CarPlay and Android Auto—without replacing your original screen or head unit.
It plugs in between your car’s factory screen and control system.
Lets you use apps like Google Maps, Spotify, WhatsApp, and more directly on your existing screen.
You can operate it using your car’s original controls (touchscreen, rotary knob, steering wheel buttons).
Our MMI boxes support both wireless and wired CarPlay/Android Auto connections.
Plug-and-play, meaning no permanent modifications to your car.
Basically, the MMI box is the “bridge” that upgrades older infotainment systems to modern standards, giving you smartphone integration while keeping your Range Rover’s luxury OEM look.
Is it hard to fit?
Please have a look at our selection of fitting videos on YouTube to see what needs to be done to fit the kit. Its a simple process and can be carried out by a local mechanic or auto electrician if you're not comfortable with completing yourself.
